Certified Medical Assistant

Certified Medical Assistant position in a vascular specialty outpatient setting. Responsibilities include greeting patients, documenting vital signs and medical history in EMR, assisting physicians with examinations and procedures, preparing exam rooms and ensuring patient comfort, educating patients on treatment plans, obtaining pre-certifications for MRI/CT when needed, maintaining accurate EMR documentation, and traveling to satellite office locations. Ideal candidate has CMA certification, 2+ years of MA experience in a physician office or outpatient setting, EMR proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. Preferred experience includes vascular surgery or office-based procedures; BLS certification is a plus.
