Job Summary
AHMG Urogynecology supervisor role in Orlando/Winter Park: Provides clinical and administrative leadership across two practices, supervising staff (excluding LPNs/RNs), mentoring and education, overseeing billing and coding, participating in interviewing and employee discipline, ensuring licensure/certification compliance, maintaining OSHA and office safety, delivering comprehensive patient care during visits, preparing patients and equipment for procedures, documenting results, and maintaining ongoing competency through biannual clinical assessments. Requires EMR expertise, PCMH and quality-metric knowledge, strong patient advocacy, independent problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 50/50 split between Orlando and Winter Park locations; standard schedule with a day shift; travel between offices as needed.
Required Qualifications
- • CMA/CMAC/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA - Required Active certification(s)
- • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- • EMR Superuser – Required
- • 2+ years of medical office experience
- • Knowledge of PCMH standards and quality metrics
- • Familiarity with medical terminology and chronic disease management
- • Ability to supervise staff and manage office processes
- • Willingness to float to other practices as needed
- • English communication skills (reading/writing/speaking)
- • Completion of required clinical supervisor courses per AHMG leadership requirements
