Job Summary
Perform patient care and administrative/clerical tasks under supervision of Physician, NP/PA, RN, or LPN. Certification required at hire; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred. Duties include clinical duties and administrative support in a Family Medicine setting, with a regular Monday–Friday 40-hour schedule; start times as early as 8a and end around 5p based on provider assignment. Active CMA/CCMA/RMA/NREMT-Basic certification required; BLS within 90 days of hire. Sign-on bonus up to $5,000.
Required Qualifications
- Certification/Licensure: Active CMA, CCMA, RMA, or NREMT-Basic (Required)
- BLS (within 90 days of hire) (Required)
- Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (Preferred)
- Experience: 1 year of clinical or administrative experience
- Phlebotomy experience (Preferred)
- Lab draw experience highly preferred
