Job Summary
Medical Assistant performs patient care and administrative/clerical tasks under the direction of a physician, NP/PA, RN, or LPN. Requires one of: CMA, CCMA, RMA, EMT-B certification. Provides safe patient care and supports inter-departmental coordination; adheres to department/system policies. BLS required within 90 days of hire. Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package including sign-on bonus and tuition/educational support.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma required
- Certification/Licensure CCMA, CMA, RMA, EMT-B or Paramedic certification required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
