Job Summary
Support patients enrolled in remote patient monitoring programs as a Certified Medical Assistant by guiding enrollment, documenting patient information in electronic health records, coordinating with providers, insurers, and other stakeholders, and educating patients about Medsien programs. Maintain HIPAA-compliant practices and uphold patient privacy while ensuring accurate enrollment and program eligibility. Strong medical terminology, communication, empathy, attention to detail, organization, and EHR proficiency are required for this 1099 remote role.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (active CMA) from nationally accredited institution (NHA, AAMA, NCCT, NAHP, etc)
- Medical Terminology knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Technology proficiency with EHR systems
