Job Summary
Certified Medical Assistant Primary Care position in Venice, FL. Responsibilities include preparing patients and equipment for treatment, initiating testing, and documenting results in the practice’s designated system; maintain efficient office flow; support clinic operations; ensure compliance with organizational standards; demonstrate competency through annual clinical competencies and written tests. Requires knowledge of health care field, medical terminology, chronic disease management, and ability to advocate for patients; capable of working in a fast-paced environment and applying sound judgment with professional demeanor. Education: High School Grad or Equiv required. Licenses/Certifications: BLS CPR and CMA/CMAC/RMA/NCMA/CCMA/NRCMA (any one) required. Experience: 1+ year preferred. Pay range: $17.11-$27.38/hour. Travel as needed to fulfill staffing needs.
