Job Summary
Certified Medical Assistant needed to join Morristown clinic on a per diem basis for Friday and Saturday shifts (7:00am–3:00pm). Perform EKGs, PFTs, and other screenings; conduct phlebotomy; measure vital signs; record chart information; prepare treatment rooms; and support physicians and staff. Requires graduation from an accredited allied health school, state certification, and active membership in AAMA/AMT/NHA/NCCT. Two+ years of medical experience and strong organizational/communication skills. GI experience a plus. Salary $20–$27 per hour, determined by experience. EHE Health offers competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited allied health school
- Certification as required by the state of New York
- Member of the AAMA, AMT, NHA or NCCT
- Two or more years’ experience in the medical field
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Web-based applications
