Job Summary
Prepare patients for examination, record vitals and history, and provide treatment under provider direction. Set up and sterilize exam rooms, maintain medical supplies, and administer injections or manage wound care per orders. Collect and analyze laboratory specimens, log results, and handle lab callbacks. Authorize medication refills, document procedures in electronic records, and schedule appointments. Instruct patients on treatment and medication instructions while collaborating for seamless patient care. Requires current Medical Assistant certification (RMA, AAMA, NCCT, CMAC, or AMCA), BLS certification, and one year of relevant experience. Hourly pay range $18–$28.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Current Certification as a Medical Assistant through one of the following programs (RMA, AAMA, NCCT, CMAC, AMCA)
- Current BLS certification

- One (1) year of relevant experience
