Job Summary
Set up exam rooms, check in patients, and maintain the continuity of care log for lab tests and referrals. Obtain vital signs, report significant findings to the clinic physician, and perform audiometry and vision testing. Work full-time, day shift hours in a 162-bed acute care facility with a Level III NICU and trauma center. All associates must receive required vaccinations and complete Basic Life Support certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Education/GED or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited institution
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Successful completion of audiometry and vision training or have a certificate from CHDP
- Phlebotomy certificate
- All required vaccinations
- Acknowledgement of E-Verify Participation and Right to Work notices
