Job Summary
Organize patient flow, interview patients, obtain vital signs, and assist with exam preparations. Perform specimen collection including venipuncture and administer medications per Washington State regulations. Relay instructions to patients and families, send and receive medical records, and facilitate referrals. Work M-F 7:30am-5pm under the direction of licensed healthcare practitioners. Requires Washington State Medical Assistant-Certification and one year of healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
- Current BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting
