Conduct clinical and clerical support for primary care, surgical, and specialty practices by administering medications, reconciling orders in the EMR, and performing assigned procedures. Collect patient specimens, scribe real-time documentation of history and exams, and manage front office duties including scheduling, phone triage, and payment collection. Verify insurance eligibility, collect out-of-pocket liabilities, and maintain accurate medical and office records while adhering to AIDET standards and RQI compliance. Requires AAMA, RMA, or NHA certification, BLS certification, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Full-time, 80 hours biweekly.
