Job Summary
As a Certified Medical Assistant supporting Adult Intensive Services, provide high-quality clinical support under the direction of a Licensed Medical Professional, including medication administration, injections, vital signs, documentation in the electronic health record, and collaboration with nurses, prescribers, and other care team members to ensure safe, compassionate patient care in a psychiatric/behavioral health setting. Responsibilities include maintaining organized clinical spaces, preparing rooms and medication areas, inventory management, timely documentation within 48 hours, discharge planning, and delivering patient education and care coordination while upholding confidentiality and professionalism. Requires CMA-RMA credentials, CPR, and a valid Oregon driver’s license. Shift is 6PM–6AM, Thursday–Saturday, with rotating Wednesday; full-time in Klamath Falls, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or higher
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA - AAMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA - AMT)
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
- Clean driving record
