Job Summary
Assist providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures while maintaining sterile and organized treatment rooms. Streamline clinic workflow by interviewing patients, measuring vital signs, and accurately recording medical histories in patient charts. Transcribe provider orders for labs, imaging, and prescriptions, ensuring all diagnoses and follow-up instructions are documented with high precision. Manage essential administrative duties, including medical record maintenance, clerical support, and inventory management to ensure seamless clinic daily operations. Schedule is Monday-Friday 6:45am - 3:15pm. BLS and Medical Assistant certification required within 30 and 90 days, respectively.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted for BLS
- Medical Assistant obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
