Job Summary
Certified Medical Assistant needed in Santa Monica, CA to support a healthcare team in delivering infusion therapy. Responsibilities include greeting patients, obtaining medical history and vital signs, recording data in EMR/EHR, preparing infusion suites, assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications and injections, performing phlebotomy, scheduling and processing patient check-out, and communicating with patients and families regarding health education and follow-up care. Requires BLS certification, CMA certification, 2 years of Medical Assistant experience, vital signs experience, EMR/EHR proficiency, and experience with insurance benefits investigation and authorizations. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or overnights; base hourly pay range $20-$30 (annualized $41,600–$62,400) plus bonus and benefits; location Santa Monica, CA. The role emphasizes first-impression front-office duties and coordination of patient flow in infusion centers.
Required Qualifications
