Job Summary
Certified Medical Assistant I at UCF Health - Student Health Services (SHS) provides clinical support to physicians, including taking vitals, rooming patients, assisting with exams and procedures, administering medications/immunizations, and supporting infection control and charting in EMR/EHR systems. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be certified as a medical assistant
- BLS Certification (preferred)
- Experience with Electronic Health Record Systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines
- Experience in ambulatory care/primary care settings (preferred)
