Job Summary
Certified Medical Assistant role in Payson, UT at Revere Health. Key duties include assisting providers with patient care, preparing patients for examination, documenting medical history and diagnoses, handling patient records with confidentiality, assisting with procedures and injections, triaging phone messages, communicating lab/test results, coordinating referrals and prescriptions, and supporting insurance interactions for prior authorizations. Requires CPR certification, medical terminology knowledge, ability to multitask, strong customer service and communication skills, and a professional, dependable team player attitude. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:45-5 in-person at Payson location.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of and certification from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
- CPR certification (or completed within 4 months of hiring)
- Working knowledge of medical terminology
