Job Summary
Organize patient flow, interview patients, obtain vital signs, and assist with exam preparations at Northpointe Pediatrics. Perform specimen collection including venipuncture, administer medications per Washington State regulations, and relay instructions to patients and families. Manage clerical duties such as sending and receiving medical records and facilitating referrals. This role supports the Physician/Advanced Practice Provider office team under licensed supervision in a day shift from Monday to Friday. The position includes a $7,500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
- Current BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred
