Manage patient medical records and update them in the EHR while collecting histories and personal information. Take and record vital signs, clean instruments, and prepare examination rooms by ensuring adequate supply stocking. Administer medications and injections as directed, assist providers with examinations, and report abnormal results or urgent problems to the physician. Ensure patient confidentiality, provide education on rights, and prepare community care referrals. Maintain smooth patient flow and manage medical supply inventory.
