Job Summary

Conduct advanced clinical and administrative support for high-quality patient care and clinic operations. Perform full range of front and back-office duties, including patient intake, vital signs, procedures, EKGs, point-of-care testing, scheduling, authorizations, and telehealth support. Maintain accurate documentation, enforce infection prevention practices, and ensure instrument sterilization and regulatory compliance. Support team members by assisting with onboarding, sharing knowledge, and modeling best practices. Transition from the Everett location to the Bellevue location in October 2026.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school that includes hands on training in a clinical setting for medical assistants
  • Graduate of a registered medical assistant apprenticeship program
  • Has completed two years of medical training in the United States Armed Forces
  • Minimum one year of work experience as a medical assistant
  • obtaining vital signs
  • administering injections
  • medication administration
  • Washington Medical Assistant Certification
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • 6 months of Healthcare experience
  • 6 months of Medical Assistant experience
  • Ability to transition from the Everett location to the Bellevue location in October 2026

  • Dermatology and Moh experience
  • Pre-op skin preparation
  • Interoperative assistance with surgeon
  • Post op cleaning, bandaging, and assistance
  • National Medical Assistant Certification
