Conduct clinical duties by obtaining vital signs, reviewing patient history, and preparing patients for examinations and minor procedures. Administer medications and vaccinations, draw blood samples, and manage follow-up appointment tracking for office visits and laboratory tests. Schedule specialist referrals, complete appropriate coding forms, and provide patient education on testing values and procedures. Document all tasks in the electronic medical record while maintaining compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA policies. Maintain regular attendance and support clinic operations as directed by the administrator.
