Job Summary
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) in outpatient clinic providing comprehensive front and back-office support under supervision; assist providers with patient management, intake, vital signs, documentation, clinical procedures, lab work, and medication administration as directed; maintain exam rooms, sterilization, and clinic workflows; greet patients, facilitate visits, perform post-visit follow-up, and support patient satisfaction; collaborate with Providers, staff, and families to ensure smooth care delivery in an outpatient setting.

- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) – National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) – American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) – National Association for Health Professionals (NAHP)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) – American Allied Health (AAH)
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) – American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA)
- Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA) – National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (AHA) (Within 30 days)
- H.S. Diploma/GED
- Experience in outpatient clinical setting preferred
