Certified Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) - Adult Medicine on Curtis Rd

Conduct point-of-care diagnostic testing, administer immunizations and oral medications, and perform procedures such as urine catheterizations and suture removal as directed by providers. Perform medication reconciliation, obtain vital signs, and complete pre-visit telephone calls to verify patient history and allergies. Manage administrative duties including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, benefit verification, and prior authorization coordination while documenting all activities in the EMR. Provide patients with written instructions regarding procedures and follow-up care. This role supports the adult medicine practice at Carle Health BroMenn Medical Center, where nearly 17,000 team members deliver award-winning care across central and southeastern Illinois.
