Job Summary
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) needed to support a PACE clinic, providing direct care, assisting providers during exams and procedures, performing vital signs, labs, immunizations, and maintaining accurate EHR documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating participant flow, educating participants on medications and follow-up care, serving as a communications hub between participants and the interdisciplinary care team, ensuring infection control and safety compliance, and participating in morning huddles and quality improvement activities to enhance clinic efficiency. Must be organized, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, participant-centered environment; familiarity with EHR systems and experience with older adults in long-term care, primary care, or a PACE program is preferred. Current CMA credential required.
