Job Summary
Clinical CMA performs clinical and administrative duties as part of the clinical team to deliver patient-centered care at Matthew 25. Responsibilities include vaccine administration, accurate documentation in the electronic health record, supporting DEI-aligned patient experiences, collaborating with providers and care team members to ensure patient safety and well-being, maintaining regular attendance, and upholding organizational policies and a positive workplace culture. The role requires Associates degree in an A.S. or A.S.S. program, certification as CMA/RMA, nonprofit experience preferred, ability to travel within Kentucky, and availability for typical Monday–Friday hours with potential evenings or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant/Registered Medical Assistant
- Associates of Applied Science Degree from a CAAHEP-accredited college program
- Experience in nonprofit or service-driven environment
- Valid Driver’s License with at least three years driving experience and less than two moving violations in past three years
- Ability to pass drug screen and background test
- Flexibility to travel within Kentucky
- On-site days/hours, some evenings/weekends may be required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using an electronic medical record
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
