Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide nursing care to patients as directed by the provider, utilizing the nursing process to complete patient care assignments and report significant findings. Perform patient access functions including greeting arrivals, registering patients, entering data into the Health Information system, admitting patients with vitals, and discharging patients with prescriptions. Prepare and secure clinic areas, maintain medical supply and medication inventory, and assist providers with procedure setup. Retrieve patient records and enter data in EPIC, schedule surgeries or referrals, obtain prior authorizations, and provide patient education. Adhere to policies in Policystat and complete other duties as assigned by the Office Manager. Work full-time days (8am–4:30pm) with no weekends.
