Certified Medical Assistant - CMA

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) sought to support visitors and patients in a medical facility. The clinical assistant will handle clinical and administrative aspects of the role, including quality assurance, customer service, participation in planning and development activities, and adherence to HIPAA, HRS, and OSHA standards while maintaining strict confidentiality. Responsibilities include performing clinical assistant tasks with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring clinical safety and organization, communicating facility values to customers, applying company policies to daily tasks, and participating in cross training and team decisions regarding patient support delivery and work environment. The role follows a Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm schedule as part of a collaborative team dedicated to excellent patient care experiences.
