Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)-Endoscopy

Certified Medical Assistant to support endoscopy procedures in a fast-paced gastroenterology setting. Responsibilities include assisting with patient assessments, admitting patients to procedure areas, preparing patients and rooms, collecting vital signs under RN supervision, providing pre- and post-procedure education, coordinating scheduling and follow-up tests, ensuring infection control, and maintaining patient safety and confidentiality. Requires strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to explain complex procedures in patient-friendly terms.
