Job Summary
Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) supports both clinical and administrative duties in a clinic setting under supervision. Responsibilities include capturing and documenting clinical and demographic information in the EHR, assisting providers with procedures, coordinating patient flow and care from check-in to completion, performing clerical tasks such as obtaining lab/X-ray reports and referrals, maintaining supplies and equipment, ensuring infection control, and providing patient education and translation services on request. Requires accurate communication in English, ability to work under time constraints, and completion of Medical Assistant certification within 90 days of hire; CPR/BLS required. Entry-level role based in Concord, NC with in-person work.},
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
- Medical Assistant Certification within ninety days of hire
- CPR and BLS required
- Experience: New Graduate or less than one-year experience
- Knowledge of medical office protocols/procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with basic computer operations
