Job Summary
Coordinate seamless patient visits by preparing treatment environments and conducting initial screenings. Capture the patient's story by accurately documenting vital signs and care journeys to support precise clinical decisions. Facilitate essential treatments by transcribing and processing orders for labs and imaging. Support clinical flow by managing front-of-house communications and maintaining medical supplies. Requires Certified Medical Assistant certification within four months and BLS within one month. Full-time day shift from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday at Ascension's 20th Avenue Building in Nashville, TN.
Required Qualifications
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- Certified Medical Assistant obtained within 4 Months (120 days) of hire date or job transfer date
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience
