Certified Medical Assistant

Assist with treatments ordered by providers under supervision, interview patients, measure vital signs, and record information on charts. Prepare treatment rooms for examinations and perform basic clerical duties including answering the phone, maintaining records, and filing. Manage materials functions by ordering and stocking supplies while maintaining a clean environment. Document provider encounters by listing diagnoses, symptoms, and follow-up instructions, and transcribe patient orders for laboratory, radiology, and medication tests.
