Job Summary
Maintain psychiatry schedules, perform data entry, and coordinate EKGs and lab draws for the opioid use disorder program. Verify medications with the psychiatric nurse and track all program data while maintaining medical records for audits. Provide clerical support to staff, attend supervision meetings, and complete assigned trainings in accordance with agency policies. Requires a high school diploma, current medical assistant certification, security clearance, and Microsoft Office knowledge. Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm at $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- current certification as a medical assistant
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must have the ability to obtain security clearance to enter the jail
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask in busy environment
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to read/write English
