Job Summary
Certified Medical Assistant functions as a member of the patient care team in a family medicine clinic, performing patient care activities and accommodative services for Clinic patients under the direction and supervision of the Patient Care Manager; maintains primary responsibility for all technical procedures and the operation and care of the nursing unit in the department. Attendance is an essential function. Preferred qualifications include formal CMA certification, current CPR certification, and two years of broad experience with emphasis in family practice.
