Certified Med Technician

Assist residents with activities of daily living and accurately prepare and administer oral, ophthalmic, optic, nasal, rectal, and topical medications. Verify resident identity before administration and check medications three times for correct resident, drug, dosage, form, route, and time. Ensure all administered medications are properly labeled. Requires a high school diploma; completion of a recognized medication administration course is a plus, with one year of experience working with older adults preferred. Full-time roles include evening and overnight shifts with shift differentials, while part-time options are available.
