Certified Maintenance Supervisor - Bailey Mine

Supervise a crew responsible for maintaining CM and LW machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure high availability rates while meeting safety standards. Perform maintenance on shuttle cars, feeder breakers, roof bolters, diesel and electric ram cars, pump systems, belt drives, conveyor systems, ventilation fans, hoists, and electrical systems. Execute goal setting, planning, training, and performance evaluation; conduct safety inspections and communicate mine plans, policy changes, and procedures to employees. Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and other departments to maintain efficient operations. Order materials, parts, and supplies as needed. Requires PA Black Hat or equivalent certification, Federal Underground Electrical Certification, and ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift rotations. This heavy job category requires physical capability to lift, carry, pull, push, climb, and work near moving equipment.
