Certified Maintenance Supervisor - Bailey Mine

Supervise a crew responsible for maintaining CM and LW machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure high availability rates while meeting safety standards. Perform maintenance on shuttle cars, feeder breakers, roof bolters, conveyor systems, ventilation fans, hoists, and electrical systems. Execute key supervisory duties including goal setting, planning, training, and performance evaluation. Conduct safety inspections and communicate mine plans, policy changes, and procedures to employees. Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and other departments to maintain efficient operations. Order materials, parts, and supplies as needed. Adhere to CORE's Core values, including Safety, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement, ensuring the "Absolute ZERO" safety culture is embedded in all work performed. This role requires PA Black Hat or equivalent certification and Federal Underground Electrical Certification.
