Job Summary
Monitors physician schedules and organizes patient care to ensure timely visits; serves as the point of contact for daily clinic operations; conducts training on patient care protocols; collaborates with healthcare teams to maintain high standards of care; collects and prepares laboratory specimens; rooms patients, records vitals, patient history, and allergies; assists physicians with examinations and procedures; audits tests for timely results; manages nursing supplies and equipment; delegates duties to front-line staff and ensures regulatory and quality standards are met; supports infection prevention guidelines and day-to-day clinic operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS) Certification
- CMA or CMAC or RMA or NCMA or CCMA or NRCMA Certification (any one)
