Job Summary
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans for lymphedema and related conditions, and provide hands-on therapy with patient education. Document progress accurately, collaborate closely with physicians to coordinate care, and educate patients on long-term management strategies. Stay current on treatment advances and travel between clinic locations in Grand Rapids and Holland to support patient flow and operations as needed. Join a collaborative, physician-owned team focused on building a growing lymphedema program to improve quality of life for patients in West Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification from an accredited program
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or other qualifying healthcare professional
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute wherever needed to support patients and coworkers
- Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
- Travel between Miller Vein clinic locations in West Michigan, including Grand Rapids and Holland, to provide patient care
