CERTIFIED INTERVENTIONIST WALTON- SY26-27

Provide explicit, evidence-based instruction and intensive interventions to individuals and small groups to improve literacy and math achievement levels. Develop differentiated techniques to accommodate various learning styles and model intervention strategies for teachers. Collaborate on MTSS meetings, analyze student data to select evidence-based interventions, and assist in progress monitoring using graphs and charts. Initiate communication with parents regarding student progress and serve as a member of the school's Leadership Team. Conduct classroom observations and gather history through achievement data and work samples to diagnose root causes. This role supports the school's mission to create a culture of excellence where high expectations are the norm, working directly with the Principal and MTSS Team to ensure all students make significant academic gains.
