Certified Inspector 3

Conduct advanced residential and commercial building inspections to ensure compliance with state and local codes, approved plans, and safety regulations. Provide technical guidance on code interpretation, prepare detailed inspection reports, and assist with complex compliance issues. Serve as a resource to staff, contractors, and the public regarding construction and code enforcement matters. Communicate with permit holders, contractors, architects, and engineers regarding construction plan and code compliance status. Assist in the dissemination of Chief Building Official orders under general supervision.
