Certified Inspector 2

Conduct residential and commercial inspections to ensure compliance with state and local building codes, approved construction plans, and applicable safety regulations. Review construction-related documentation, prepare inspection reports, maintain records, and communicate with contractors, property owners, and the public regarding code compliance and corrective actions. Communicate with permit holders, contractors, architects, and engineers regarding the status of construction plan and code compliance, and assist in disseminating orders from the Chief Building Official.
