Job Summary
Certified in-home/personal trainer delivering in-home and on-site sessions for clients at homes, offices, and organizations. Design personalized programs using the GYMGUYZ App, conduct reassessments, manage schedules, and motivate clients while traveling between sessions. Flexible, part-time role with remote tools support and a nationwide network of fitness pros. Requires NASM/ACE/ISSA/ACSM (or equivalent) certification, CPR/AED, reliable transportation, and strong communication/professionalism. Compensation $30–$50 per hour with performance bonuses; onboarding and growth opportunities; part-time W2 role with remote/work-flexible elements, locations include Annapolis and Columbia, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- CPR/AED certified (required)
- Reliable transportation & willingness to travel between sessions
- Embraces using mobile and web apps (Mindbody & Trainerize) to manage sessions, client notes, and communication
- Excellent communication, professionalism, and energy
