Job Summary
Certified HVAC Technician needed to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various HVAC systems. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, responding to work orders, fabricating or repairing equipment, supervising external contractors for specialized repairs, and delivering excellent customer service. Must have EPA Certification, a minimum of 2 years HVAC experience, own tools and a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be located in the US. On-site role with local assignments in Beaumont, TX; flexible schedule with potential for full-time employment. Competitive pay from $25-$50 per hour, paid weekly, with local work dispatched based on coverage area. Strong mechanical skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, plus ability to read schematics and manuals; welding is a plus. Excellent English communication and the ability to work independently are required. Onboarding interview process is required before receiving work. This role emphasizes self-motivation, professionalism, and responsive maintenance service across rotating properties.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Certification for HVAC techs
- Minimum 2 years HVAC experience
- Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently
- Must complete onboarding interview
- Must be located in the US
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC
- Welding experience is a plus point
- Reading schematics and technical manuals
