Job Summary
Certified HVAC Technician needed to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include general maintenance and repairs in facilities, inspecting equipment, coordinating with external contractors, responding to work orders, fabricating or repairing equipment, and providing excellent customer service. Must have EPA certification for HVAC techs, own tools, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently. Location is Houston, TX, US; role appears to be on-site with a flexible schedule and potential for full-time employment in the future. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, plus the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Welding experience is a plus and bilingual or strong communication in English is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC, Appliance repair work
- EPA Certification for HVAC techs
- Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV)
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be located in the US
- Must complete onboarding with vendor representative before receiving work
- Ability to work independently
- Strong professionalism, punctuality, and communication skills
