Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, and furnaces while performing routine preventative maintenance. Respond to work orders and emergencies in a timely manner, maintaining accurate service records and managing tools and inventory. Collaborate with property teams to prioritize repairs and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. Deliver excellent customer service by communicating with residents and assisting with general maintenance or on-call duties as needed. This role requires HVAC/EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the physical ability to work in tight or elevated spaces.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC/EPA Certification
- at least 1 year of experience in residential or multifamily HVAC maintenance and repair
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks
- lifting up to 50 lbs
- working in tight or elevated spaces
- Valid driver's license
- reliable transportation
