Job Summary
HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across apartment communities; diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, respond to work orders and emergencies, maintain service records, and coordinate with on-site teams. Must have HVAC/EPA certification with at least 2 years of experience in residential/multifamily HVAC, strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or vocational certification preferred. Located in Hilton Head Island, SC with Savannah, GA as additional listed locations; on-site work with direct resident interaction and adherence to safety standards and codes. Proficiency with maintenance software is a plus.
Required Qualifications
