Certified HVAC Technician

HVAC Technician responsible for maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across apartment communities. Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment (A/C units, heat pumps, furnaces), perform preventative maintenance, respond to work orders and emergencies, and collaborate with on-site property teams to ensure safety, codes compliance, and high-quality service. Requires HVAC/EPA Certification with at least 2 years of experience, strong diagnostic and communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license. HS diploma or equivalent is required; HVAC technical training or vocational certification is preferred.
