Job Summary
Assist licensed nursing personnel in the provision of nursing care as a member of the health care team under the direction of a licensed nurse. Perform clerical functions, housekeeping, and patient transportation throughout the hospital. Maintain current CNA certificate or NAR license (Washington) and AHA BLS certification. Participate in phlebotomy tasks only if holding a Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist license in Washington. Join Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center, Southwest Washington's modern facility, to support patients and families across specialties including joint replacement, robotic surgery, and neonatal intensive care.
Required Qualifications
- Current CNA certificate (Oregon)
- Current CNA certificate or NAR license (Washington)
- 120 days to obtain the CNA certificate if NAR-licensed
- Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist license (if performing phlebotomy tasks in Washington)
- AHA BLS for Health Care Provider
