Job Summary
The position of Certified Hospice Aid involves working directly with patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities, maintaining their personal care, and engaging them in purposeful activities to promote their mental well-being. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills, capable of maintaining records and reporting to the RN case manager. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Home Health Aide program, possess a high school diploma or GED, have at least one year of prior professional experience, hold a valid driver's license, and have CPR certification.
