Job Summary
Certified Homecare Aide with responsibilities including providing 1-on-1 in-home care for seniors, including companionship, light to heavy personal care, and end-of-life hospice support with nurse delegation. Duties encompass assisting with errands, light housekeeping, meal planning/cooking, medication reminders, and providing safe, supportive care to maintain independence. Flexible shift options (short, long, overnight, live-ins) and territories within King County; opportunities for ongoing training and development; benefits available for full-time staff (health/Dental/Vision, 401K, referral program, paid time for training). Must maintain valid HCA/CNA certification (or obtain through training) and be able to work in multiple King County locations as part of a team dedicated to compassionate home care.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Homecare Aide (HCA) license or CNA certification
- Active License/Certification (HCA or CNA)
- Work Authorization: United States
- Driver's license if applicable
- Certification Training offered by company for non-certified candidates
