Job Summary
Perform residential, commercial, phase, investor, environmental, and specialty inspections while building lasting relationships with homeowners, agents, investors, and commercial clients. Deliver detailed, accurate, easy-to-understand inspection reports and educate clients—not simply identify problems—while representing the GreenWorks brand with professionalism and integrity. This full-time role requires climbing roofs, entering attics and crawlspaces, lifting equipment, and working in varying weather conditions. You will receive a guaranteed minimum of 4–5 inspections per week with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- InterNACHI CPI or ASHI Certified Inspector (or currently enrolled)
- Climbing roofs
- Entering attics and crawlspaces
- Lifting equipment
- Walking uneven terrain
- Working in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of standing
- Physically capable of bending
- Physically capable of climbing
- Physically capable of lifting
- Physically capable of working extended days
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of construction or related industry experience preferred
